Michael Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe wants custody of their children.
Debbie, who was married to Michael for three years, has revealed she plans to fight for custody of Prince, 12, and Paris, 11.
She said in an interview: "I want my children."
The 50-year-old, who wed Michael in 1996, told NBC in a 90-minute interview that she was willing to submit to any testing to prove she was the biological mother of the kids.
She also revealed she would seek a restraining order to keep Jacko's dad, Joe Jackson, away from the children.
She told NBC that following Michael's death: "I am stepping up. I have to."
All of Michael's children, including Prince Michael II, his third child with an unknown woman, are currently living with Michael's mother Katherine in Los Angeles.
The Jackson family have also announced that a free public memorial service will be held in LA.
In a brief statement, they confirmed that around 11,000 tickets will be distributed for free to fans who want to mourn Michael at the Staples Center in LA.
