Why is Denise Van Outen waking up a happy lady this morning?
Well, because she's all set to lose her surname.
Yep, Den is the next celebrity queuing up to trot her way down the aisle.
Her boyfriend Lee Mead popped the question just this week.
According to reports, Lee got down on bended knee at their home in Kent, and then jetted Den off to St Lucia in the Caribbean to celebrate, where the pair are currently holidaying.
(Let's hope they're not at the same hotel as Amy Winehouse or it won't be such a nice quiet vacation.)
Denise's spokesperson confirmed the happy news last night: "They haven't set a date yet, but it will probably be late this year."
The occasion was an emotional affair for Den, who apparently burst into tears when Lee asked her to be his wife.
"Denise had no idea but she was absolutely thrilled," a pal of the pair told the Daily Mirror. "It's like a fairy tale. Denise has found her prince."
Den and Lee have been dating for 18 months, and so far their relationship's been smooth sailing.
The 34-year-old TV presenter who's clearly smitten with her younger husband-to-be, met Lee, 27 whilst judging on BBC1's Any Dream Will Do.
Congratulations to the happy couple.
