Is it just us or has The X Factor drama gone crazy this year?
It seems that the saga surrounding Diana Vickers' voice continues.
The blonde 17-year-old is still in pain. But Di has insisted that the show must go on, and is determined to perform this weekend.
The show's creative director, Brian Friedman, told The Sun that the singer still has the laryngitis lurgy, and is finding it difficult to even string a sentence together.
"I was with Diana in rehearsals yesterday," he said.
"Her throat still hurts, she couldn't talk at full volume, she was having trouble swallowing - but she wants to perform.
"Diana is going to go on stage no matter what this week."
Di returned to her doctor yesterday for another check-up.
