Kirsten DunstKirsten DunstYou know how we love a good premiere, right?

Well of course we weren't going to let the world opening of How To Lose Friends & Alienate People pass us by.

But apparently somebody did...

Kirsten Dunst was a no-show to the do - which is unfortunate considering she stars in it.

We froze our butts off in London's Leicester Square eagerly waiting to chat to ALL the stars of the flick but alas it was not to be.

And yes, we adore Simon Pegg so it was totally worth it to chin-wag with him, but we couldn't help but feel the whole affair was somewhat of a winky fest.

There was barely a lady in sight - Si and Kirst's co-star Megan Fox didn't make it either.

And although Gillian Anderson pitched up to do her promoting bit, she's sooooo heavily preggers she only managed to haul herself down the red carpet, and wasn't up for much chatting.

So it was all on the bony shoulders of Margo Stilley to chat it up for the girlies of the film and, boy, did she seem nervous about it.

We reckon it may take a few more treds down the red threads for her to perfect her chatter - but a sweetie none the less.

Anyway, our celeb hearts were joyful talking to Si, he was humble unassuming and all the rest - as we kept our beady eye on him we can most certainly report that this is a man unaffected by the heady heights of fame and success.

... And we especially loved it when his partner in comedy, Nick Frost, came over and gave him a squidge on the red carpet - it made our hearts melt a tad.

A word of encouragement for the lads out there: Si - a slightly geeky-looking chap you have to agree - had the ladies hanging off him. He had kisses planted on him left right and centre, the girls just couldn't get enough.

As far as we're concerned you can stick your obviously-handsome Hollywood boys - bring us Si and Nick any day of the week. Check out our chat with the lovely Simon right here.
