It's the first time we've seen her step out with her teeny bubba...

She took a wander with her newborn son, Rudy, after giving birth last week.

And she was as protective as any fresh mum would be - keeping him wrapped up like a bubba slug, craddling him and kissing his forehead.

This pic is super-cute indeed.

Although obviously we'd like to take a peek at his face next time and see if he takes after his mum in the looks dept.

She was joined by her boyf, Editors lead singer Tom Smith, who was in charge of carrying a baby basket for the litle man on their family outing.
