The former Spice Girl has claimed back her pre-bubba fig.

Emma, who gave birth to her first child, Beau, in August 2007, has spilled all on shedding some poundage.

"I'm back to a size 8-10 and it feels great getting into my old jeans again," Emma told Closer magazine.

However, the bubbly mum, who recently appeared as a guest judge on The X Factor, says she was in no hurry to trim down.

"There's so much pressure to get straight back to your old weight - it's ridiculous," she said.

"Your body changes so much while you're pregnant it's not natural to bounce back. I lost weight slowly."

Em also shrugged off reports that she was planning to wed Beau's dad, her boyf of 10 years, Jade Jones, saying:

"I used to think I wanted the big white wedding and the dress, but Jade and I are happy as we are.

"Now we've got Beau, we're a little family anyway," she explained.
