Fearne Cotton has revealed her shock at finding a picture of herself on a pro-anorexia site.
The presenter discovered the photo while fronting a documentary exploring the eating disorder.
In The Truth About Online Anorexia, to be aired on ITV tonight, Fearne reacts with horror as she comes across an old snap of herself, published as an example to viewers on how to get skinny.
"Oh my God, what the hell's my name doing there," the 26-year-old exclaimed, on seeing the pic.
"That's the worst thing I've ever seen. A picture of me when I was about 20 years old and a bit thinner than I am now.
"To think girls would use that is horrific. I wish I could take myself off the website. I don't want to be associated with anything like this.
"Girls should not try and look like anyone," she went on.
"Girls, you should be yourself, know who you are and love yourself."
"I think we need an influx of positive websites that can help girls recover (from eating disorders) and offer a network for friendships."
