Fearne Cotton That ol' Yuletide classic in the form of Top Of The Pops, is back....

And, we cannot wait.

So what is the dealio?

Well, the lovely Fearne Cotton and Reggie Yates will once again be on hand host the extravaganza.

"I'm thrilled the show is coming back," Simon Cowell told the Sun. "This year has been a great one for music."

As we all know, Top Of The Pops has a long-running history on the Beeb.

Much loved music stars like The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers have all appeared on the show, and we've loved it .

The Christmas edition was our extra special treat, and it always got us in the festive spirit.

When it was axed in 2006, we were all devastated...

So no more tears folks,  the show will air on New Year's Eve with an hour-long celebration of all things pop.

We just can't wait to get our winter woollies on for that.
