Fern Britton's clearing the air about why she's resigned from This Morning.
So, does it have to do with rumoured rifts between her and Phillip Schofield?

Yesterday the news that Fern was quitting This Morning after 10 years came as quite a shock.
And shortly after the news was announced, reports speculated as to whether she'd resigned over a rift with her co-presenter Phillip.
But Fern has dismissed those reports, saying on today's show: "I realise people like to speculate, rather hurtfully, but the reason is 10 years is a long time on the show and I'm ready for a change.
"I want to slow down a little and enjoy life a bit. My immediate plan is to build a vegetable plot in the autumn and become a This Morning viewer, cheering on whoever the lucky person is who will work with
Phillip, because he is, after all, simply the best.
"So that's the end of that."
