Fans of Gareth will be delighted to discover that the star is planning to tread the boards of a West End stage.
You've got it, he's set to sprinkle some musical magic with a one-night-only performance in central London.
The charity gala show, titled A Spoonful Of Stiles & Drew, will take place next month on the 6th July.
Gareth will join stars of the West End in celebrating the works of George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, creators of the new version of London musical Mary Poppins.
"I’ve always been into the theatre and going to musicals, and often imagined myself being part of an amazing West End production, so I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get involved," Gareth said of his happy upcoming venture.
"I can’t wait to get a taste of what life in the theatre’s all about."
Does this herald the dawn of a new-found career for our sweet-voiced Gareth?
