Take That Take That We told you yesterday that Robbie Williams had been chatting about a return to Take That.

And now Gary Barlow has reached out to Rob.

Folks, the whiff of reunion is getting stonger.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Gaz said he would reciprocate if Robbie's wishes were to rejoin by welcoming him back into the band.

He also revealed he was the man who told Robbie to leave the US, and all of its bad influences.

"The band has been having great fun with Robbie and we've been talking a lot," he said. "It's been really good getting to know him again. He has sorted himself out and is in a really good place at the moment.

"It is great news that he's decided to come back to the UK. I've been telling Robbie for a while now that he needs to move back," he said. "I don't think the US is the best place for him to be."Robbie Williams Robbie Williams

Robbie will return to the UK next year after living in America for the last five years.

Gary said he and the other members of Take That have never ruled out the possibility of Robbie coming back into the band, and said that he'd been chatting to Robbie personally about it.

"Robbie will not be coming on tour with us next year because he's got his own things to do," he said. "But we are not ruling out all together with him beyond that."

And now everybody seems to have an opinion with outsiders speaking out about a possible reunification.

Simon Cowell thinks that the band would be better off without Robbie saying: "I'd keep it as it is. Robbie could have a guest slot now and again - or a duet."

His protege Leona Lewis disagreed saying: "He should definitely be allowed back. He was one of the original members."

We agree - bring it on...
