We've gotta wonder how his (former?) girlfriend Sarah Larson is holding up.

Happily for us, a pal of hers has spoken out on the relationship.

It's been just two ticks since inside sources claimed George's soujourn with Sarah had hit the dust.

But already a friend of the former waitress, who recently accompanied George to the Oscars, has leapt to her defence, telling People:George Clooney and Sarah

"She's a beautiful, amazing, compassionate human being who was thrown overnight into the middle of the media monster."

They added that Sarah "has done an amazing job at staying true to herself and her family and friends".

While we'll keep an open mind on the apparent break-up, we think it's only apt to remind George that here in the Showbiz Shed we're also amazing, compassionate and naturally beautiful beings too.

So y'know, Cloons, if you're looking for some TLC, you know where to head.
