They held the bash on Sunset Boulevard and a host of celebs pitched up with the Desperate Housewives star to wish the boys luck.
A source told The Sun: "The boys were really shocked when Eva arrived saying she just had to drop by to wish them the best of luck with Wanna Bet? and toast them with a glass of champagne.
"She was tiny, so just the right height for Dec. He was turning on the charm."
