Now she's revealed the secrets of her latest diet fad.

She told subscribers via her Goop email newsletter: "As I write this, I am finishing the amazing three-week-long 'Clean' detox programme.

"Designed by New York cardiologist and detoxification specialist Dr Alejandro Junger, this programme allowed me to work and exercise regularly, something I cannot do if I am on a liquid-only detox."

Ooh, sounds, erm, very exciting.

But Gwyn's singing the praises of this diet plan, which she says gives incredible results.

"I followed it to the letter and I can report that it worked wonders.

"I feel pure and happy and much lighter (I dropped the extra pounds that I had gained during a majorly fun and delicious 'relax and enjoy life phase' about a month ago)... this thing is amazing."

While there's no doubt that Gwyneth looks stunning, we can't help thinking that the "relax and enjoy life" phase sounds much more appealing.
