Heather Locklear's scored some trouble with the law.
The 47-year-old actress was driving near her home in California when police pulled her over.
She was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
The incident occurred after bystanders alerted cops to the fact that Heather was "driving erratically".
"In talking with her, (the officer) determined that she seemed to be under the influence of something," a patrol spokesman told the Associated Press.
Heather was taken to a police station, where she was tested for alcohol and drugs, before being charged on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescribed medication.
She was later released from custody, on £2,700 bail.
This isn't the first time Heather has experienced personal trauma over the past few months.
The star checked into a medical clinic in June, in order to get treatment for anxiety and depression.
