We're hoping and presuming that this is exactly what Heidi Montag is going to do now that she and Spencer Pratt have tied the knot.

The Hills couple eloped last Thursday, and boy have they have done well keeping it under wraps.

The news only broke last night after Heidi personally told gossip queen Perez Hilton.

It looks like the publicity-thirsty couple have so far kept quiet, after selling their exclusive pictures of the wedding to Us magazine, along with all the romantic details.Heidi Montag

The secret ceremony was held at the One & Only Palmilla Resort, just outside Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

"The minute we said our vows, I couldn't stop crying," Heidi told Us magazine.

And it seems that even bad boy Spencer had some romantic words all saved up for his lady as they exchanged vows at the altar.

(If you're in the least bit squeamish about romance skip this next paragraph...)

"Heidi, from the moment you came into my life, I knew my life would never be the same without you. You are the light in my life, like the sun to the earth."

There are no details about who (if any) attended the wedding, but two people that were certainly absent were Heidi's parents.

And we all know that they're not Spencer fans...

Heidi told Us magazine that she called her mother just before the couple wed: "I called her right before the ceremony, sort of hinted that something had happened, but her reaction was to ask me if we were breaking up.

"I told her it might be something else, and she said, 'Well, if you ever plan on getting married just know that your step-dad is really upset that you want your father to walk you down the aisle'."
