Why, we hear you ask?

Well, quite frankly, and some of you may think a little harshly, The Hills star is wearing a shocker of a frock.

And we simply cannot let it slide.

The black Lycra mini with cut-outs, that could have been custom-made by a 5-year-old, was Heidi's choice of attire for a meal out with hubby, Spencer Pratt.

Not only was it a bad choice, it wasn't even original.

In the past week, two other celebs have been spotted in the same dress and we weren't impressed with it then either.

Now, you may think Heidi is a little out of touch as a result of her stint on the US version of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here but she's not getting off that easy. After all, she only survived a week on the show and that's not long enough to lose all your fashion savviness, if you ask us.
