Spencer told Ryan Seacrest on his US radio show, that an engagement "is definitely imminent".

We don't know if you remember - or can keep up - but the pair used to be engaged before they had their wee relationship vacation.

Spencer ain't the only one ready to settle down now, however - it sounds like Heidi is keen to get cracking on some sproglets.

He added: "Heidi talks about lots of kids all the time.

"She wakes up with these great dreams about five kids."

Heidi then chimed in: "I want, like, four. Maybe I'll adopt 10. I want to have my own orphanage like Mother Teresa."
