The embarrassed host rushed over to cover-up bold Heidi.
Don't worry - there was some kind of method behind the model's naked madness - she was taking off her frock after pledging to donate it to a charity auction.
No one was expecting it to come off there and then through.
When Heidi agreed to donate the posh Alice Temperley dress to Ellen's pet charity, The Humane Society, Ellen joked "Right now?"
But Heidi called her bluff and said: "Anytime. You want it right now? OK."
The Victoria's Secret model had to be covered-up by Ellen's tiny napkin before crew found a screen for her to change behind.
Cheeky Heidi then emerged in a pink dressing gown to finish the interview. What a gal.
