And we could not approve more.

The hot actor, singer, and dancer was given the top nod, beating the likes of Brad Pitt and Zac Efron.

And it seems that even his Australia co-star, Nicole Kidman, is not surprised that Hugh won the prestigious accolade.

"Oh my God, women’s jaws drop when Hugh walks into a room," she told Access Hollywood.

"He’s such an Aussie bloke: loyal and passionate.” 

But sorry ladies, the lad is hitched.

Hugh has been married to his wife Deborra-Lee Furness, for 12 years, and the couple have two children, Oscar, eight, and Ava, three. Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness

And unfortunately for us, the couple are disgustingly happy with Hugh regularly singing romantic ballads to his wife.

In his interview with People, Hugh said that his wife's response to his new title was: "I could've told them that years ago."
