And what has been asked of her by the bosses in La-la Land.

She's revealed some of the weighty secrets that lay behind making it big in the US.

Anna has been one of the lucky few to have found success in the US of A.

But by all accounts it wasn't easy.

She's been flapping her gums about how difficult it was to land any work because she refused to slim down for roles.

Anna even revealed that she told one producer where to shove it when he told her to stop eating doughnuts - good for her, we say.

She added: "I told him he could have me or a model without a brain.

"The obsession with weight today is just incredible. Curves have gone out of the window and I don't understand it."

Luckily for Anna and us she landed the lead role in hit American show Pushing Daisies in 2007 - for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe.
