That's the figure being bandied about The X Factor.
Cheryl has apparently gone down a storm in her role as a judge for the hit ITV show.
So much so that Simon Cowell is said to be already trying to tempt her back to next year's comp - with a rumoured £1m pay deal.
"Cheryl has been an instant hit with viewers and contestants," a source told the Daily Mirror.
"She initially signed a one-year deal as she wasn't sure how she would fare and Simon didn't want to commit to an unknown quantity. Now he's desperate to get her for a new series."
If the figure is correct, it would more than double what Cheryl is currently being paid for the role.
Not bad for a few stopovers in The X Factor studio, eh?
