John MayerIs Jennifer Aniston ready for this?

We're sure she'd be interested - as it's to do with her recent ex, John Mayer.

It certainly had us pricking our ears up and dying to know if it's true...

The nattering is that John's put Jen well and truly behind him.

Some folks are saying that he's now dating an old flame.

Yes, we know it's quick but that's the way they roll in Celebville.

Apparently John had a short-lived fling with waitress Maria Marin before he got togetheJennifer Anistonr with Jen.

But now that things have ended with the Friends star, John may have gone back for second helpings from Maria.

He was spotted partying with the waitress in Miami last week - which appears to have got tongues wagging.

A source told Life & Style mag: "She (Maria) totally doted on him and didn't leave his side."

We kind of hope that Jen doesn't get wind of this - or that it's a whole heap of gubbins. 

Otherwise the news may well sting a little - after all John said at the time of the split: "I ended a relationship to be alone."
