But what exactly is so appalling about Kate?

Apparently it's not personal - but just that Diddy has a general phobia of long middle toes.

As Kate shoved her legs in his face, he responded by saying: "I'm not saying you have one, I can't see yours but if you do..."

Kate then replied: "I don't... you won't even look at it," as Diddy cried "no" in disgust.
