No ma'am, she's happy to speak her mind.
But could this frank chat business be a facade?
The lady herself thinks so.
Lily told OK! magazine:
"I have a hell of a lot of insecurities and that's probably why I say the things I say, trying to deflect the attention away from myself.
"I've always been rebellious and anti this," she continued.
"I went to so many different schools, but that was my choice as I was expelled or asked to leave, and so I could never make friends.
"It's probably something that I need to work on but I can't be bothered."
Phewee, who knew the pink-haired lady could be quite so deep?
But then she goes and spoils it all, by finishing off with: "I'm just a gobby bitch."
How very rude. But honest, at least.
