Jack Tweed has been ordered to stand trial for allegedly raping a teenager.
Jade Goody's widower was not present at Snaresbrook Crown Court today when his case was briefly processed.
The 22-year-old is accused of assaulting a 19-year-old woman at his home in Woodford Green, east London, after apparently meeting her at a West End nightspot.
Jack is currently on remand in Pentonville prison and has indicated through his counsel that he will plead not guilty to the rape charge, when a plea and directions hearing is held on the 22nd December.
He is expected to deny the charge when he appears via video link in court on that date.
Anthony Davis, of Chigwell, Essex, is also accused of raping the teenager.
Judge David Radford, who provisionally fixed their two-week trial for 12th April 2010, told the co-defendant he could remain on bail.
Jack married reality TV star Jade shortly before she lost her battle with cervical cancer in March.
