Jade Goody's come through her eight-hour surgery successfully.
The star underwent a hysterectomy this weekend and the operation was a success.
The former BB star is now looking to the future.
According to The Sun, Jade's cancer was found to have spread, but was caught by doctor's "in the nick of time".
She's also said that she doesn't plan to tell her children, Freddie and Bobby, about her cancer, for fear of scaring them.
In excerpts from an interview with Living TV, she said: "There's no reason in my eyes for me to use the big C word to them or death or anything like that 'cause it's daunting.
"They don't understand it anyway, because they're young I can get away with saying silly things like if I lose my hair I'll tell them I used the wrong shampoo."
She's also spoken about not suing an NHS hospital, which she claims was late in diagnosing her cervical cancer.
She's said: "They (the hospital) should have actually spotted that there was something
wrong a long time ago.
"I don't hate them, I'm not angry with them. Sorry - I don't hate them, I don't want to start suing them or stuff like that, because personally I don't think it's morally right to sue an NHS hospital.
"All that's gonna do is take more money out of it and then more people are gonna suffer. I just think: it's not going to get my womb back, it's not going to get my health back. So what's the point?"
Her full interview, Living With Jade, will be broadcast tonight at 9pm.
