Jade Goody has spoken out once again about her fight against cancer.
She says she's confronted the idea that she might not survive...
But she also wants to give it her best shot, for the sake of her kids.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, brave Jade, who was diagnosed with cervical cancer last August, said:
"I'm realistic. I know that I might not have that long left. I have been - and still am - very poorly. I've been hanging to life with my fingernails. But I will not let go.
"Obviously, I have down times when I cry and feel very scared about the future. But I've never been suicidal. What would be the point of killing myself? I've only got a 40 per cent chance of survival anyway."
The 27-year-old also admitted that she worried whether her boyfriend Jack Tweed, due to be granted early release from jail today after serving time for assault, would still be attracted to her as she battles against the disease.
"No matter what kind of bloke you are with, every woman wants their man to fancy them," she said.
"And, of course, that's what worries me. I think, 'There's no way he's going to fancy me like this, no way. I've got a bald head, a massive great scar down my tummy (because of a hysterectomy) and I'm throwing up all the time.'"
Jade went onto say that it's the thought of her two kids, Bobby and Freddie, that keeps her going, despite all the trauma of her cancer fight.
"There are days when I open my eyes and I'm in pain, but I have to think, 'Pull yourself together Jade.'
"The only person in the world who is good enough for my kids is me, so I have to stick around for them."
