Jade Goody has spoken out once again about her ongoing battle with cancer.
The 27-year-old has confirmed reports that she has a 50-50 chance of survival, after learning that the disease has spread to vital abdominal organs.
She's also revealed she's going through early menopause as a result of radiotherapy.
Jade was diagnosed with cervical cancer in August.
After beginning a course of chemotherapy and radiotherapy to fight the disease, the mum-of-two has now gone through the menopause - a side-effect of the radiotherapy stopping her ovaries from working.
Jade told New! magazine:
"I've got a 50% chance of living and a 50% chance of dying. It is literally split down the middle. I’m 27 - I don't want to be sat here saying that. It breaks my heart.
"And on top of all that, I'm going through the menopause. I'm 27 and I’m having hot flushes," she continued.
"I don't feel like a woman any more. I still have my ovaries, but the treatment kills everything. I'm crying one minute, then I’m hot. I’m all over the place."
But there is one shining light in all Jade's suffering - she's recently got back together with her boyf Jack Tweed, currently in prison for assault, and is considering marrying him.
"I love him and he loves me," she said.
"We keep going back to each other. I met him when he was 18. He was a boy. He’s grown up a lot.
"I'd say he's my soul mate. We’ve spoken about things in the past, like how he'd like to propose. It was reported that he proposed in prison, but God, he would never do that. He has got some class."
Jade also paid tribute to her mother, Jackiey Budden, for helping her through her dark times, saying:
"My mum is my closest friend right now. My mum's amazing."
