Jade Goody is not well enough for a visit from her former BB housemate Shilpa Shetty.
The Bollywood actress flew to London from India today to see Jade for the last time.
Jade's publicist, Max Clifford, told Shilpa that Jade's rapidly declining health has now made the meeting impossible.
Max said: "She is not well. Shilpa totally understands that."
Earlier the PR guru was hopeful the pair could meet, releasing this statement: "Shilpa has spoken to Jade a few times in recent weeks - they've gotten very close over the past year or so - and while she's here in Britain she'll visit Jade."
Back in 2007, the two clashed when they appeared on the reality TV programme, with Jade making fun of Shilpa's name and her Indian origins.
The outburst did Jade no favours and she provoked a public outcry over her comments.
She later apologised and even travelled to India to try to make amends for her actions.
And last year during an appearance on the Indian version of Big Brother, she learned she had cancer which was diagnosed in February as terminal.
Jade has been in and out of hospital for treatment but last week returned home, where she is being cared for by nurses and her mother.
Max said she is "very weak, really very ill."
