Jade Goody Jade Goody Jade Goody has started making preparations in the face of adversity.

The reality star's been planning who will take care of her sons in case she loses her battle with cervical cancer.

Jade's been discussing possibilities with her mother Jackey and boyfried Jack Tweed, after coming out of an operation to remove a tumour that spread to her bowel.

"Everyone is telling Jade to concentrate on getting better but she wants to plan for the future. The boys are her priority," a friend told The Sun.

Jade's brave battle with the disease has seen her in and out of hospital over the last few months for numerous operations and treatments.

It's reported that doctors have now put her on the miracle drug Topotecan designed to shrink the additional cancer growths.

According to her publicist Max Clifford, the agony and tension of Jade's treatment came to a head when Jack and Jackey started rowing at her bedside at the weekend, because neither were there when she came round from her recent op.

"There was a blazing row. Jade tried to calm everything down, even though she was coming round from major surgery. Hopefully that's settled down now."
