Singer Jamelia is divorcing her footballer husband.
The pair have been married for just 18 months.
According to The Sun, Jamelia moved out of the family home last week and has instructed her lawyers to make the split final.
Two years ago the pair broke up during their engagement after Walsall player Darren, 33, was accused of cheating on the 28-year-old R&B singer.
Yesterday the couple insisted there is nobody else involved.
A statement read: "It is with regret that Jamelia and Darren Byfield today confirm they are splitting up and getting a divorce."
It continued: "No one else is involved. Their priority is naturally their two children."
The pair, who wed in a lavish ceremony in East Sussex in June 2008, have a daughter together, Tiani, four.
Jamelia, who had a hit with Superstar in 2003, has another daughter, Teja, eight, from a previous relationship.
