And now Brit's little sis has given a rather big reveal.

In an interview with OK! magazine she's nattered all things baby-to-be and, of course, Britney, at her recent baby shower.

Jamie, whose baby is due at the end of June and is a girl (although she hasn't decided on a name yet) chatted about getting back into shape once it's born, saying:

"I want to get back to my old weight, but you can't work out right away.

"I don't want to stay this way. I'll just stick to my treadmill and weights, and I won't eat cheese every day.

"You don't have to pay somebody a bunch of money to get you skinny again. If you want to be skinny, you have to do it yourself."

As for advice from Britney - mum to boys Sean Preston and Jayden James - Jaime revealed: "She said: 'There are going to be some long nights, but it is completely worth it.'"

And it seems Britney and Jamie Lynn's fiancee, Casey Aldridge, have bonded too.

She said: "She (Britney) loves Casey. She's met him a bunch of times. They were riding four-wheelers and stuff together. They get along really well."

Seems like it's all one, big happy family.
