Jamie Lynn Spears' boyfriend has been hospitalised following a car crash.
Casey Aldridge, who is father to the couple's 10-month-old baby Maddie, was injured after his truck reportedly spun out of control in a collision on Sunday morning.
Police have charged the 19-year-old with careless operation of a vehicle.
Casey is still in hospital following the wreck, which happened at 1:30am on Sunday, when he was driving a Ford pickup truck near Lake Bruin in the state of Louisiana. 
Louisiana State Police have confirmed to People magazine that Casey was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital.
He is currently being treated at the University Of Mississippi Medical Centre, where he is in a stable condition.
Jamie Lynn, 18, is understood to be by his side, along with his immediate family.
Casey currently resides with Jamie and their daughter Maddie, born last June, in Liberty, Mississippi.
Jamie's rep has yet to comment on this story.
