Calling all fans of Jared Leto.
Are you waiting to get your mitts on his band 30 Seconds to Mars' next album?
Well you'd better join the queue...
Because so are their record label, Virgin.
They've only gone and filed a lawsuit against Jared and his brother, Shannon, alleging that they've violated their recording contract by not putting out the agreed number of albums.
The suit says the Leto boys agreed in 1999 to cut five records for the label, but on the 4th of July this year, they said the pair quit - three albums short.
And now Virgin are suing for "in excess" of £15 million.
A rep for the band is not happy and has bitten back.
He told TMZ that even though the band has been signed for nine years and have sold more than two million records they still haven't ever been paid.
Batten down the hatches - we feel like this might be one professional spat to watch.
