Jennifer Lopez Jennifer Lopez Jennifer Lopez's private life is safe - for the moment.

The singer and actress has won a court order stopping her first husband, Ojani Noa, from revealing details of their sex life via a movie.

According to the Daily Mail, J.Lo is suing Ojani for a whopping $10m (£5.9m).

She fears he is planning to sell a movie containing home video footage of her in alleged sexual situations, and may even feature footage from their honeymoon in 1997.

Yesterday a Los Angeles judge barred Ojani and producer Ed Meyer from distributing the material until a further hearing, which will determine whether the ban should be extended.

The Daily Mail claims court papers show that J.Lo believes Noa wants to release a movie titled How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo And Ojani Noa Story.

This would be in conflict with a confidentiality agreement the pair previously signed, reports TMZ.

The couple divorced after a year of marriage and J.Lo is now married to Marc Anthony.

This will be the second time she is suing Ojani. In 2006 she sued him over alleged plans to publish a tell-all book.

So far there's been no comment from Ojani or Jennifer's people.
