According to reports, the funnyman got down on bended knee to propose to 29-year-old Canadian estate agent, Kyla Weber.

This is because the couple have kept a very low profile since they first met a little over a year ago.

According to the Montreal Gazette, Vince did the deed while the pair were on a romantic weekend getaway.

"They spent a romantic weekend together. He dropped to one knee to propose and presented her with a gorgeous $125,000 (£87,000) four carat diamond set in platinum,' claims an insider.

Vince's rep has declined to make a comment about the engagement, but a woman at the Weber family homestead said she could neither "confirm or deny" the news.

Meanwhile, we think the news will most likely be water off a duck's back to Jen, who seems happily content in the arms of John Mayer.
