Ready for an injection of the feel-good factor?
Because that's what this snap of Jennifer Lopez promises.
We've been simply dying to catch a glimpse of her twins, Max and Emme, and here they are.
She and hubby Marc Anthony were snapped in Belgium, each cradling a bundle.
Now, the wee ones are all wrapped-up, so we can't see their faces, but still, it's better than nowt we say.
Going on normal baby clues, like pink for gals and blue for boys, we think it's fair to say J.Lo's got Emme in her arms, while Marc's ferrying Max.
We're overdosing on joy on behalf of the couple.
