The ex-EastEnders actor has come out on top by winning the public vote ahead of Martina Navratilova.
Earlier in the eve George Takei had taken leave of the camp placing him in third place.
So what did the winner have to say for himself?
Joe said: "The whole thing was just a lovely experience. It's been worthwhile.
"It's been an amazing three weeks. I can't believe I've come out as the last one."
Speaking about his friendship with George, he told Ant and Dec that he "loves the man" and added: "If he was a bird, I'd be all over him."
So once again it seems that love has blossomed in the jungle.
Congrats Joe, we had our fingers crossed that you'd nail it.
