Jamie and Jools OliverJamie and Jools OliverJools Oliver has always had one hundred percent faith in her husband's fidelity.

But not everyone agrees with her complete sense of trust.

The mum-of-three sparked controversy among web bloggers who questioned her naivety, after she recently insisted chef lover and childhood sweetheart Jamie Oliver would never cheat on her.

But she's now hit back at the critics, defending her stance in an exclusive interview with Red magazine.

"If he (Jamie) had an affair - which he won't - then I was wrong," the 34-year-old former model, who is mum to young daughters Poppy, Daisy and Petal, said.

"But I won't take back what I said, as I don't think he would be unfaithful. It's just a bit cynical - getting stick for trusting my husband."

Despite her faith, Jools is the first to admit that Jamie, who she's dated for 17 years prior to their marriage, is far from perfect.

"Yesterday, he was up at 4am to go to Sweden for the day. He came back late at night and still massaged my feet. I know he  sounds ideal, but he can be a bugger, as all men can," she insisted.

Part of the secret behind the couple's long-term love is their free-spirited atttitude to life.

"I'm  really comfortable with nudity," Jools revealed. "That story about me dancing naked for Jamie at Christmas with jingle bells on my boobs - all true.

"The other night, Jamie and I had a bath together in side-by-side tubs and we just started laughing. I  thought, 'This is  ridiculous - I can't believe we live in Primrose  Hill overlooking the park, with two baths.' Yes, we had a giggle, but it was also a special moment."
