It's a triumphant day for Jordan.
The mother-of-three and her husband, Peter Andre, have won damages at a high court in London.
It comes after the News Of The World printed an article implying that the couple were uncaring parents.
Jord and Pete sued over a piece printed by the paper in February, based on an interview with their former nanny, Rebecca Gauld.
The article made "particularly serious" allegations about Jordan's disabled son Harvey, after he was scalded in an accident at home.
The piece "suggested that Mr Andre may have been to blame (and) that the couple were subsequently ashamed to be interviewed by social services about the event", the court heard.
As a result of the mistake, Jordan and Peter received "substantial damages", though the actual sum is not known.
The News Of The World's editor also apologised for the "hurt and damage" the claims caused, and accepted that they were untrue.
Speaking outside the court, a jubilant Jordan said:
"Pete and I love our kids and would do anything for them. Anyone who has kids can imagine how it would feel to be accused publicly of being bad parents.
"I came here today to see that justice was done and that our names were cleared. Now that the paper has accepted the story wasn't true, apologised to us."
Pete also thanked his fans for their support, saying: "It means a lot to us as a family."
