Kara Tointon There we were cringing at the sight of Joe Swash getting friendly with Esther Rantzen.

But the squirming can stop, because there's a whiff of something new in the air.

Like a little bit of romancing between Joe and, gasp, his on-screen sis from EastEnders.

According to The Sun, Joe is secretly dating Kara Tointon, who plays Dawn Swann, Joe's character's sister on the soap.

This has all emerged as Joe nattered about a five-month relationship during I'm A Celeb, and even though he didn't name his lady love, it's believed to be Kara.

Joe told his jungle pals: "It's true what they say, that when you have sex with someone you really love then it's a whole different ball game. And at the moment I'm with someone I really love.

"I have been with her five months, but I know I love her.

"She's a lovely girl and I think, 'What is it she sees in me? Why is she with me?'

"She's beautiful and funny and she doesn't know it which is the biggest Joe Swash attraction to me. She underestimates herself."

Now, Showbiz Sherlock has been doing a bit of snooping and found a group for Mr Swash on Facebook, apparently started by none other  than Hannah and Kara Tointon.

If it really is them, then a posting from Hannah to a fan reads: "He's (Joe) not making out with Esther, they're just friendly kisses. And the same with George. Joe has a girlfriend, so he won't be getting with anyone... or turning gay. Lol."

If the above is indeed Hannah of Tointon fame, we'd say don't be surprised if Kara's waiting in the jungle to welcome Joe when he gets booted.
