A friend in need is a friend indeed.
Just ask Kate Beckinsale, she's been in the market for a decent celeb bud.
But that was until her new bessie Victoria Beckham came along.
Posh gave Kate a pressie of a practical nature.
It's all to do with the breasticals - a subject we reckon Vic is rather well versed in.
And she shared the wealth of her expertise with her new matey Kate.
Kate told the Daily Mirror: "She gave me nipple covers.
"You don't want your little peas sticking out, do you?"
Err... from what we've seen of Vic's pups we reckon she should be passing them back to Posh sharpish.
