The former Corrie actress has given birth to her first baby.

Or at least we think she has.

A heap of media reports have circulated pointing to the fact that Kate and her hubby, who married in October 2007, have become proud parents.

A Corrie source told Now magazine:

"It's lovely news. She has been really looking forward to becoming a mum."

But Kate's rep refused to comment on the story or say whether the kiddlywink is a boy or girl, because all the details are being protected by a glossy magazine deal.

Very mystifying.

Kate, who played Tracy Barlow in Coronation Street, announced she was four months pregnant late last year.

Congrats, Kate. Yet another name to tick off the baby-fied list...
