We're so used to celebs being obsessed with mung beans, yoga and other super-healthy fads.
So it's refreshing when a star admits to having flaws, just like you and me.
All hail Katherine Heigl for having her feet firmly planted on the ground.
The newly married actress, who uses her time off to "read, knit and drink", has owned up on her less than perfect (read - ordinary) way of life.
"I satisfy my vices instead of fighting them," 29-year-old Kath told Eve magazine.
"Mostly just the smoking. Well. There’s the drinking and cursing…"
A star with a sense of humour - this just gets better and better.
Furthermore, while most famous types bang on about working out (in a "I do yoga for an hour, followed by Pilates with my trainer" Snoresville kinda manner) , Katherine isn't overly zealous on the exercise front.
"I love food, and I hate working out," she said.
"The most I’ll do is 45 minutes in the gym, three times a week.
"At the end of the day I dress well for my shape and celebrate my good points."
Hurrah for the gal after our own hearts.
Kath, you've just earned yourself access to our all-elusive down-to-earth stars list.
Congrats, lady.
