Not only is Susan Boyle the talk of the town in our fine country, but it would appear there's quite a bit of interest in her on the other side of the pond.

And not just from your average Joe.

It seems that even those famous folk have heard of the Scottish singing sensation.

Not that surprising given that her I Dreamed A Dream BGT auditon has attracted over 200 million YouTube hits.

But, it's pretty cool to have Katie Holmes know who you are.

And better than that, have the A-lister think you could make it on Broadway, which is exactly what she said about Susan.

Mrs Cruise, who recently enjoyed rave reviews for her role in Arthur Miller's All My Sons, said she is a fan of the Britain's Got Talent phenomenon, and is quite impressed with Susan's performance:

"I think she's great."

When asked what she thought of Susan joining a Broadway production, Katie said: "I think whatever she wants to do."

It doesn't get better than that, does it?

Looks like Susan is well and truly on her way to superstardom.

We wouldn't be surprised if she appears in a Hollywood blockbuster next.
