Kelly RutherfordGossip Girl mum Kelly Rutherford has been granted a temporary restraining order against her ex.

Kelly split from her husband of two years, Daniel Giersch, in January.

At the time she was three months pregnant and they've been fighting over custody of their two-year-old son, Hermes, and three-month-old daughter Helena ever since.

Now Kelly alleges the German entrepreneur is harrassing her.

According to Los Angeles Superior Court records Kelly says her ex "has begun to follow me, my mother and my nanny and he shows up unexpectedly to threaten and scare us".

In the documents, Kelly's former nanny Michaela Kothanova claims that she quit because of Daniel's unnerving behaviour.

Kelly's mum also alleges that he once appeared out of nowhere in a shop and once in a restaurant where she was eating with his son, saying: "Daniel was blocking our way out of the restaurant."

The restraining order will stay in place for 21 days to give Kelly time to submit evidence against her ex.

Daniel's lawyer Fahi Takesh Hallin said the claims were "fabricated accusations," adding: "Daniel will remain focused on co-parenting both of their children and not make any personal comments in order to continue to protect the children's need for privacy and well being."

We hope they get this sorted out quickly for the sake of the kids.
