Last week we brought you news that Kelly Rutherford and Daniel Giersch, her husband of two years, have split up.
But it seems the trouble hasn't ended there for the pair.
Things are getting messy...
According to TMZ, Kelly, who is four months pregnant with Daniel's second child, has filed legal papers revealing she has called police twice to remove her estranged husband.
Kelly, who plays Blake Lively's mum in Gossip Girl, also went on record to say she is "intimidated" by Daniel.
The papers came to light after Kelly applied for court permission to take the couple's son to New York, where she films the show.
Daniel has so far refused to let Kelly take two-year-old Hermes with her, saying:
"I have been extremely concerned about our son living in a hotel and a New York lifestyle, and this has been one of the main reasons, if not the reason for the ending of (Rutherford's) and my marriage."
