As Khloe Kardashian knows, if they do the crime they must do the time.

But at least it gives them something to talk about after...

Although her three-hour imprisonment in a LA clink wasn't the longest of porridge, she found it quite an experience.

She told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show: "There was a bomb threat.

"They put me in solitary confinement and the warden came down to talk to me and said, 'You're the one causing all the problems here.

'There are all these bomb threats, and we think they're because of you.'"

She also said she had to watch an "intense" instructional video about "how to be a good inmate" and to avoid fights.

Khloe had been sentenced to 30 days for failing to meet the terms of her probation for drink driving.

She was released early, however, because of overcrowding - and because she posed a threat to the rest of the prison population, she said.

At least she seems to have changed her ways, as she added: "I'm very happy to have all of this behind me and to have learned a very, very good lesson and to never do it again."

She even passed on some pearls to the rest of us: "Have a friend drive you... get a cab. Get a friend. Get a driver."

Wise words, madame.
