Phew - Kiefer Sutherland's off the hook.
He was being investigated after claims he headbutted New York fashion designer Jack McCollough in May.
But the Manhattan District Attorney Alicia Maxey Greene told People.com: "We declined to prosecute after a full investigation.
"That included speaking to the complaining witness, who was quite uncooperative."
It'll be a relief for Kiefer, who was also being investigated by the LA City Attorney for probation violation after the alleged attack.
Kiefer's currently serving a five-year probation following a conviction for driving under the influence in 2007.
LA City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan said: "Based on the evidence and information received from New York officials, as well as our own independent review of the evidence, we will not be seeking a violation of Sutherland's probation."
In May, Kiefer and his alleged victim, Jack McCollough, resolved their differences and issued a joint statement.
Kiefer said: "I am sorry about what happened that night and sincerely regret that Mr McCollough was injured," while Jack added: "I appreciate Mr Sutherland's statement and wish him well."
Good to know it's all sorted.
